Paediatric First Aid workshop for parents and carers
Research carried out by the British Red Cross (2017) has found that more than 40 per cent of parents who take their child to A&E do so because they’re worried and don’t know what to do.
If a child is hurt or unwell it can be difficult to know whether or not to go to hospital. Trying some first aid first can help you find out what’s wrong, relieve symptoms and know whether you need further help.
